
Integration of Monitoring System for Leachate Treatment Project at Songjiang Tianma Phase II
The Songjiang Tianma Phase II Leachate Treatment Project requires expanding monitoring capabilities on top of the existing Phase I system. The site currently hosts Siemens SCADA systems, DCS systems, and controllers from multiple vendors, resulting in incompatible communication protocols. Data from Phase I and Phase II are isolated, making centralized operations and maintenance difficult. Project scope includes: - Integrating and designing the consolidation of the Siemens SCADA system. - Enabling OPC protocol data transmission for the DCS system. - Collecting terminal device data and transmitting it via RS485 communication. - Consolidating data from both Phase I and Phase II plants and enabling wireless transmission. - Acquiring, processing, and transmitting PLC data. - Standardizing communication protocols for various device controllers and performing data acquisition and processing. After modernization, data from both phases will be unified under a single monitoring framework. Operations staff can view the status of all device controllers from a central control hub, with anomalies immediately traceable to specific sites and equipment.
