WEBP Series Variable Frequency Drive Three-Phase Asynchronous Motor

The WEBP series variable frequency drive (VFD) three-phase asynchronous motors are energy-efficiency upgraded products independently developed by Wolong. Frame sizes range from H80 to H355, with rated power from 0.18 to 375kW and pole numbers covering 2P, 4P, 6P, 8P, and 10P. The motor efficiency at base frequency 50Hz meets GB18613-2020 Class 1, 2, and 3 energy standards, as well as IEC60034-30-1 IE5, IE4, IE3, and IE2 efficiency requirements. Sub-series designations are: WEBP5 for IE5, WEBP4 for IE4, WEBP3 for IE3, and WEBP2 for IE2. Motor technical specifications comply with IEC60034-1 and GB755 standards; mounting dimensions and power ratings adhere to IEC standards for seamless customer transition. Equipped with high-temperature-resistant grease, a high-strength mechanical structure, and independent fan cooling (IC416), these motors offer high starting torque, low locked-rotor current, and high dynamic constant. They feature wide speed ranges, superior force-energy metrics, low temperature rise, reliable operation, and easy maintenance. Constant torque control is available from 5 to 50Hz; constant power control applies to 2P motors from 50 to 70Hz and to 4P and higher motors from 50 to 100Hz. High-precision closed-loop operation is achievable when paired with high-accuracy sensors. Optional accessories include brakes, encoders, PTC/PTO/PT100/PT1000 thermal protection, and anti-condensation heating strips.

Panpu SRM Switched Reluctance Motor Drive System Case Study | Oilfield Production Zone | Beam Pump Load Speed Regulation and Soft Start Retrofit

In a certain oilfield's production zone, 37 beam pumping units equipped with asynchronous motors have operated under light loads for an extended period, resulting in frequent start-stop cycles and high inrush currents. The project replaced the entire system with Panpu SRM series switched reluctance motor drive systems, enabling speed control based on the pumping unit load curve and soft starting.

Panpu SRM Switched Reluctance Drive System Case Study | Rubber & Plastic Products Factory | Energy-saving Retrofit of Injection Molding Workshop Oil Pumps with Process-Stage Speed Control

The 12 injection molding machines in the rubber and plastic products factory's injection workshop originally used an asynchronous motor + variable pump configuration, resulting in significant energy loss via overflow during the holding pressure and cooling stages. The project has now switched to Panpu SRM switch reluctance motor drive systems for the oil pumps, enabling speed-adjusted oil supply based on process stages.
