The YBX3 series high-efficiency explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor (center height 80–355) is jointly developed by German and Chinese engineering teams. Building on proven European explosion-proof motor design principles, it features a modernized appearance that enhances safety, expands explosion-proof classifications, and improves variable-frequency capabilities. This represents the latest upgrade in Wolong Electric Nanyang Explosion-Proof's global product lineup. The product complies with Chinese explosion-proof standards GB 3836.1 and GB 3836.2. Motor performance meets T/CEEIA specifications for the "YBX3 Series High-Efficiency Explosion-Proof Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors," with efficiency levels adhering to Grade 3 of GB18613-2020. Installation dimensions conform to both IEC and national standards. The flameproof enclosure (type d) is designed to withstand internal explosions caused by explosive gas mixtures entering through any joint or structural gap without damage, while preventing ignition of the surrounding explosive atmosphere. This motor is widely used in non-mining areas underground coal mines, as well as in oil, chemical, metallurgical, power, port, and other facilities where explosive gas mixtures may be present.

极数决定电机同步转速（n = 60f / p，f 为电源频率，p 为极对数）。50Hz 电源下 2 极为 3000 r/min、4 极为 1500 r/min、6 极为 1000 r/min、8 极为 750 r/min；实际转速因转差率略低于同步转速。60Hz 电源时同步转速相应提高 20%。选型时请先按负载所需转速确定极数，再按功率与安装尺寸匹配具体型号。

煤矿井下高压供电标准电压，需选用 660/1140V 双电压机型，同功率下电流最小，适合长距离供电场合。
For the same model, output power, speed, efficiency, power factor, and torque remain constant regardless of voltage; only the rated current is adjusted using I = IN × 380 / U. Dual-voltage motor models (380/660V and 660/1140V) are switched via jumpers in the terminal box. The 1140V model is designed for high-voltage supply in underground coal mines and requires verification that its explosion-proof certification covers the application. Variable frequency drives (VFDs) are categorized by supply voltage; specify the site supply voltage, phase count, and frequency at the time of order.

Frame sizes 80~355, power range 0.18~315kW, 4/4/6/8 poles (optional 10~16 poles). Efficiency meets GB18613-2020 Level 1 (IE5). Explosion protection ratings: Ex d I Mb, Ex d IIB T4 Gb, Ex d IIC T4 Gb. Features lower vibration and noise compared to similar explosion-proof products.
