Motor performance meets T/CEEIA 269-2017 "Technical Specifications for YBX4 Series High-Efficiency Explosion-Proof Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors (Frame Sizes 63-355)" from the China Electrical Equipment Industry Association. Efficiency aligns with the 2-level energy efficiency standard outlined in GB18613-2020. Mounting dimensions adhere to IEC and national standards, enabling rapid customer substitution. The d-type explosion-proof enclosure can withstand internal explosions caused by flammable gas mixtures entering through any joint or structural gap without damage, and prevents ignition of external explosive atmospheres. The number of poles determines the motor's synchronous speed (n = 60f / p, where f is supply frequency and p is pole pairs). At 50Hz: 2-pole = 3000 r/min, 4-pole = 1500 r/min, 6-pole = 1000 r/min, 8-pole = 750 r/min. Actual speed is slightly lower than synchronous speed due to slip. When operating at 60Hz, synchronous speed increases by 20%. To select a model, first determine the required pole count based on load speed, then match power and mounting dimensions to choose the specific type.

Common medium-voltage distribution levels for coal mines and large industrial sites; at the same power level, current is approximately 0.58 times that of 380V systems, reducing cable cross-section and line losses.
For the same model, output power, speed, efficiency, power factor, and torque remain constant regardless of voltage; only the rated current is adjusted using I = IN × 380 / U. Dual-voltage motor models (380/660V and 660/1140V) are switched via jumpers in the terminal box. The 1140V model is designed for high-voltage supply in underground coal mines and requires verification that its explosion-proof certification covers the application. Variable frequency drives (VFDs) are categorized by supply voltage; specify the site supply voltage, phase count, and frequency at the time of order.
