HVAC Measurement and Control Solutions

Measurement and control solutions for the HVAC industry, powered by JUMO temperature sensors, thermostats, pressure and differential pressure transmitters, ultrasonic flow meters, electronic controllers, paperless recorders, and an IoT platform. These solutions cover five application scenarios: condensing boilers, solid-fuel boilers, pellet heating systems, combined heat and power (CHP), and air-source heat pumps. They enable precise circulation water temperature control, flue gas interlocking, freeze protection, cooling loop pressure and temperature monitoring, and real-time operational data visualization.

Use Cases

New installations and measurement/control retrofits for HVAC equipment such as condensing boilers, solid-fuel boilers, pellet heating systems, combined heat and power (CHP) plants, central air conditioning, and heat pump units. Also suitable for temperature and pressure measurement needs in environmental protection and energy conservation, clean energy, food machinery, pharmaceutical machinery, petrochemicals, power generation, and rail transit industries.

Solve pain points

Condensing boiler circulating water must meet strict hygiene standards: temperature cannot exceed 60°C or drop below 55°C, making it difficult for conventional control methods to maintain this range.Solid-fuel boilers operate with high-temperature open flames; without a reliable permanent protection system, they pose significant safety risks to both equipment and personnel. When operating a solid fuel boiler in conjunction with a condensing boiler, simultaneous heat generation leads to energy waste. Implement flue gas temperature interlock control to manage startup and shutdown. The pellet heating system generates significant heat, requiring continuous and precise temperature control with real-time monitoring. Currently, there is no intuitive method for visualizing temperature data.Combined heat and power plants have complex internal structures. If oil pressure or temperature in the engine lubrication and cooling systems exceeds safe limits, equipment damage may occur. Even a minor overpressure in the cooling loop can raise the coolant's boiling point to 115°C.The outdoor unit of an air conditioner is prone to icing in low-temperature environments, and standard temperature probes cannot monitor the full range of temperature changes across the coil.HVAC measurement points are scattered, lacking a unified system for data logging, remote monitoring, and calibration maintenance.
