The PJF series consists of PANKA jet fans designed for induced ventilation in tunnels and underground spaces. These fans drive surrounding air movement at high speeds, enabling longitudinal ventilation without ductwork, which significantly reduces civil engineering and installation costs. Available in two configurations: axial and centrifugal. The axial type offers a maximum airflow of 6000 m³/h, peak air velocity of 30 m/s, maximum static pressure efficiency of 40%, maximum total pressure efficiency of 60%, and an impeller diameter ranging from 225 mm to 630 mm. The centrifugal type delivers a maximum airflow of 8000 m³/h, peak air velocity of 33 m/s, a maximum overall efficiency of 70%, and an impeller diameter from 560 mm to 630 mm. Featuring adjustable design, the installation height and discharge direction can be customized to optimize layout based on tunnel cross-sections and traffic patterns. Impellers are available in aluminum alloy or composite materials. EC versions support stepless speed control and automatically adjust the number of operating units and speed based on CO/VI sensor readings. The product is CE certified and can be configured with fire safety certifications upon request.

Select jet fans based on induced airflow, outlet velocity, and thrust—unlike duct fans, which are selected using airflow-pressure curves. The table's performance tiers represent reference ranges derived from equal ratios of maximum series performance. Actual selection must be calculated according to tunnel or underground space cross-sections, traffic flow organization, and the manufacturer's thrust curve.
